This is the testimonial for Mr. Vishnu Vasanth Kumar – Emperor Traveline.
I chose their tourist service for my brother’s honeymoon trip to Switzerland. Their team well planned the ticketing, itinerary & visa process. The journey occurred without a hitch and now they have lifetime memories of time together. The trip overall was fortunate enough.

Thanks to VVK & their team.

I would like to share the experience of my neighbour who availed the service from Emperor Traveline. My neighbour was relocating to the US, he was stuck because of COVID. He was in a chaotic situation with repetitive calls from the employer, non-availability of flights and no clear travel guidelines. I referred him to Emperor Traveline.
He was properly guided and his queries were clarified giving him clarity & confidence. He planned his travel together with Emperor Traveline. He was proactively engaged by the staff giving him updates and was found very responsive.
He was very much appreciative for staff at Emperor Traveline and their knowledge on the Industry. My neighbour was completely satisfied that he got through Emperor Traveline instead of choosing any of the online ticketing portals.
Thank you VVK and Emperor Traveline team.

We really enjoyed our trip with you. The bus transfers were perfect…The hotels were fantastic, and the places we visited were great. We were glad we did not drive, because of the road system in the mountains. We were thankful for all our good drivers, got us all there safe. We would definitely do another trip with Friendly Planet Travel.

We have been associated with Emperor Traveline who are synonymous for travel related products and services in Coimbatore for many years. We wanted to renew and apply for passports for our family and we were directed to an ever smiling and friendl Ms Sumitra who handles passport related services.

She was very thorough about her domain and took no time to take copies of the original documents that I was carrying and gave me a list of necessary document that needs to be produced. She made sure all documents were correct and also guided us about the formalities at the passport office.

The best part was that an officer at passport office said that all details have been perfectly filled and asked us who had done it. We told them a staff at Emperor Traveline did and felt proud about it. Receiving the passport was a very smooth process. A big thanks to Vishnu Vasanth Kumar and the management for moulding such staff to continue giving great service to customers.

Here dedication reminds me of a quote

"Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work"

We will continue to refer Emperor Traveline to our circle of contacts for any travel related services. Wishing the Emperor Traveline team abundance of good health, joy and prosperity!

This letter of appreciation is to testify the services being rendered by Emperor TraveLine, represented by its Chief Mr. Vishnu Vasanth Kumar (VVK). We have been availing their ticketing services since 2013, ever since we got to know them through BNI. Their services always remained par excellence.

Recently, My Dad, who is 73 years old, was supposed to travel to New Delhi for a business need. He had never travelled in Air Plane before & was very scared. I had convinced him to travel along with his friend and made sure all the arrangements are being made, including the Ticket, Seat Allocation, Food Choice and also the travel arrangements by Taxi for Pick-up, Sight Seeing after Business Hours and also Drop back to Airport through Emperor TraveLine. Mr. VVK had made excellent arrangements. At the best last moment, I had requested for a Tamil Speaking Taxi Driver in New Delhi, he had arranged without any hesitation & that too was made with great care. My Dad and his Friend were much pleased and they were very happy on the constant follow-up Made by Emperor TraveLine on Arrival, Taxi Travel, Drop to Airport. This was really one step ahead of Normal Ticketing service, which shows the dedication towards CUSTOMER DELIGHT to an EMPEROR.

I thank sincerely all the Staff of Emperor TraveLine & Mr. VVK especially without their support, my DAD’s first flight journey and their Delhi Visit wouldn’t be memorable. I strongly recommend Emperor TraveLine to my Family, Business Friends & Peers without any second thought. I wish them all the very best for their future endeavours.

Last week I received a call from my friend at 10.30 in the night asking if I can help him to travel to Ooty early next morning. As it was late, I sent a gentle message to Mr. Vishnu Vasanth Kumar of Emperor Traveline to know if anything can be done about this requirement. “Can I call you now Sir?” was the immediate response. My friend had a hassle free journey to Ooty. Thanks to Mr. Vishnu Vasanth for making swift arrangements. My friend is still stunned by the great response received from Mr. Vishnu Vasanth.

I will always look forward to associate and refer Emperor Traveline for their timely support and service.
