  • An Indian passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of intended arrival in Sri Lanka.
  • A valid credit or debit card that is authorised for online purchases
  • A current email address to which the approved Sri Lanka ETA will be sent upon approval.
  • The requirements for obtaining a Sri Lanka Tourist ETA are identical to those for obtaining a Business ETA or a Transit ETA. To apply for these ETA types, no additional supporting documentation is required.
  • Visa fees to visit Sri Lanka for Indians

    The method of payment for Sri Lanka visa fees will vary depending on the procedure used. For tourist E- visas of 30 days validity, they charge Rs.2200, and For business E-visas, they charge Rs.2850.For ETA processing for children under 12 years, the cost is free.

    Sri Lanka visa on arrival for Indians

    There is an option to avail of the Srilanka visa after arrival where you can fill out the ETA application and process it after you arrive at the immigration centre.

    Duration

    A single entry permit will allow you to stay back in Sri Lanka for 30 days, and a multiple entry permit will facilitate you to stay up to 3 months with a duration of 30 days for each visit.
